CC Creams are used to 'Color Correct' any redness and imperfections on the skin. It is similar to BB Creams because of its sun protection and skin benefits in the long run. What makes CC Creams and BB Creams Different is that BB Creams conceals while CC creams corrects. Personally, I would prefer CC creams over BB Creams because, I don't have that much to conceal and I only want something to even out my skin tone.
PRICE:
I bought this at Watsons for Php 90. It has 10 grams of product.
PACKAGING:
The sachet comes with a resealable cap similar with all their products. Very Travel Friendly.
FORMULA:
The formula is very liquidy and runny. It comes in a greenish color with tiny reddish beads. |
SHADES:
As for the shades, This product claims to blend and adapt to any skin tone so it comes only in one shade. The shade would only be suitable for medium to light skin tones. I think it would look too grayish or too light on darker tones.
PERFORMANCE:
With CC Cream (Left) VS Without CC Cream (Right) |
As a CC Cream it does what its supposed to do. It Corrected the redness around my nose and my dark circles a bit. It has sheer coverage. It evened out my skin tone. Perfect for a natural everyday look.
CLAIMS:
LONGEVITY:
It can last for 4 to 5 hours before I oil up. The oil gives a certain 'Glow' which is not bothering. After 8 hours, I became really oily and the CC cream on my face is gone.
FINAL VERDICT:
As a CC cream, it is an Okay product (not amazing/life changing product). It evened out my skin tone well and it corrected the redness a bit. It is super light and is perfect for everyday use.
If you are on a budget and want to achieve a natural glowy look(suggested for people with little to none breakouts), you may want to try this out.
